Midnight Sky Farm is a boutique boarding facility offering a peaceful, pasture-based environment designed with the horse in mind. Fully insured and professionally managed, our farm provides a calm and safe setting where horses can enjoy a natural lifestyle.

Offering flexible pasture boarding options tailored to a wide range of equine needs—from minis to seniors and everything in between. Boarding is structured across three tiers:

Self Care Board

Includes:

  • Private or Semi-Private paddock with a run-in shed or shed-row stall

  • Access to storage for feed and tack

Owner Responsibilities:

  • Supply all hay, grain/ supplements, and bedding

  • Responsible for all daily care, such as but not limited to all feeding, cleaning, turnout, and blanketing

  • Scheduling and holding for vet/ farrier appointments

Partial Care Board

Includes:

  • Private or Semi-Private paddock with a run-in shed or shed-row stall

  • One feeding per day (owner supplies feed and hay)

  • Night check

  • Holding for scheduled vet and farrier appointments (on the barn schedule)

Owner Responsibilities:

  • Supply all hay, grain/ supplements, and bedding

  • Responsible for paddock/stall cleaning, water checks, and all other care needs

Basic Pasture Board

Includes:

  • Private or Semi-Private paddock with a run-in shed or shed-row stall

  • Two feedings a day

  • Night check

  • Holding for scheduled vet and farrier appointments (on the barn schedule)

  • Blanketing/ fly care

Owner Responsibilities:

  • Supply grain/ supplements, and bedding

  • Responsible for paddock/stall cleaning


Amenities

  • Water misting system for hot days (automatic waterers coming soon)

  • Private or semi-private paddocks; group turnout options

  • 20x40 meter marked grass dressage arena

  • Jump course mixed with cross country jumps

  • Round Pen

  • Outdoor Wash Stall

  • Personal outdoor storage bin next to each paddock

  • Personal storage cabinet in the feed room
